Coaches offer targeted feedback in small groups or 1:1 spaces to deepen learning and guide growth.

Participants return to work with new insight iterating, refining, and owning their leadership.

In longer programs, participants work on real-life projects within their teams, organizations, or communities applying what they learn week by week, supported by structured coaching and feedback. This process transforms abstract ideas into embodied leadership skills.
