Youth Leadership Camp (YLC)

Explore your voice. Build your confidence. Lead with purpose.

YLC is a 4-day immersive camp for teens & youth aged 14–18, focused on developing personal leadership, emotional intelligence, and storytelling skills through deep reflection, fun activities, and community building.

Who it's for: Teens and young people aged 14–18
Format & duration: 4-day immersive camp

Identity, Communication & Influence (ICI)

Explore your potential. Find your purpose. Make an impact.

ICI is a leadership and character-building program designed to support pre-teens, middle and high school students as they begin exploring their potential, finding their purpose, setting meaningful goals, and learning how to express themselves confidently while contributing to their communities. Inspired by UNICEF’s adolescent development toolkits and Harvard leadership frameworks, ICI blends international expertise with local relevance to offer a truly transformative experience.

Who it's for: Pre-teens, middle and high school students
Format & duration: 2 levels: 6 training days + coaching, online and in person

What You'll Learn

Strengthen self-awareness and identity
Build self-esteem and emotional resilience
Learn effective verbal and non-verbal communication
Develop confident public speaking and presentation skills
Practice relationship-building and team leadership
Apply learning through a real-life community project
